In Palo Alto, the busiest hours are Friday and Saturday evenings and any night with a big game, when quoted delivery times can stretch past an hour; ordering before 5 p.m. or picking up yourself avoids the wait. Delivery radiuses are small, often two to five miles, and a minimum order plus a delivery fee is normal, with a tip of a few dollars for the driver on top. Lunch specials such as two slices and a drink, or a personal pie, are the cheapest way to eat at most shops across California on weekdays. Toppings are priced per item and half-and-half pies are usually free to request. Gluten-free crusts and vegan cheese are increasingly common but often cost a few dollars extra, and cross-contact in a shared oven is standard unless the shop says otherwise.

Palo Alto is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. Getting around Palo Alto is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across California's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

I tried the Manti at this place, and the flavor was good. However, for $25, I expected a lot more meat. The filling was very very small. I wish there had been a better balance between the meat and the dough. That said, the service was nice, friendly, and polite, which I really appreciated.

Food was fantastic, I ordered the Belgian waffles and they were stunning! Soft waffle with bananas tastes really nice! Potatoes are seasoned very well and the sausages are also amazing. Poached eggs are done perfectly! Atmosphere is amazing, super chill staff. Service was excellent. Thanks for this amazing experience!

The Farm is one of my favorite spots in Palo Alto! The food is always fresh and delicious. The veggie pizza was outstanding, the salmon was perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the pastries were absolutely amazing. The coffee is excellent as wellβgreat quality and always prepared perfectly. What really makes this place special is the team. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making you feel at home from the moment you walk in. Whether youβre stopping by for brunch, coffee, or a full meal, The Farm consistently delivers a fantastic experience. Highly recommend!

I will not be choosing to go back. Here's what you need to know: The restaurant is dark inside. They are going for a rustic feel, but their seating just ended up vastly uncomfortable and hard to sit on for a full meal duration. It's not a place to get work done, both because of the darkness and because kids come. The food is not good. We ordered the Breakfast Sandwhich, a slice of Hawaiian pizza (random, I know), and the Acai Bowl. The only thing that was good was the Acai Bowl. Do not order the Breakfast Sandwhich. It was way too greasy and it had too much sauce. I would also not order the pizza. It felt like the sort of pizza you'd get at a child's birthday party. We paid way too much for the food we got. Although this is the type of establishment where you order at the counter, our plates weren't bussed by any servers. We did it all ourselves. We weren't checked on at all. Tough! I think we wanted to like this place. We've been wanting to try it for awhile. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it. I spent $26 and my boyfriend spent $28.

Had a lovely Sunday brunch at The Farm βοΈ We ordered the avocado toast, an omelette, and chamomile tea. The avocado toast was especially good, we really liked the sauce, which added great flavor. The place has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. You order at the counter, get a number, and sit at any available table. It was busy since it was Sunday, and there was a farmers market nearby, which made the whole area feel lively and fun. Overall, a nice spot for a casual weekend brunch. π₯
